At Land of Lincoln Parts LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the process and conditions for returning items purchased from our website or by phone.
Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Land of Lincoln Parts LLC under the following conditions:
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if we sent you the wrong part
Defective Parts: If the part proves to be defective within the warranty period
Customer Change of Mind: Subject to restocking fee (see below)
Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact us immediately at info@landoflincolnparts.com or 877-777-3898 if you need to return an item
Return Authorization: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any items
IMPORTANT: DO NOT SEND THE PART BACK WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING US TO RECEIVE A RETURN LABEL
Time Limit: Items must be returned within seven (7) business days from receipt of the return label
Return Address: Return the item ONLY to the specific address provided in your RMA instructions (not our main office address)
Return Conditions
Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging when possible
Include all accessories, manuals, and documentation that came with the item
Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the package
Items returned to addresses other than the one specified in your RMA will be redirected at your expense
Returns must be received before the warranty expiration date to be eligible for refund
Refunds
Damaged/Incorrect Items: When you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will first attempt to replace it. If a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a full refund of the total sale price.
Defective Items: If we determine that a part is defective, we will first try to replace it. If a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a full refund of the total sale price.
Customer-Initiated Returns: Returns for reasons other than those indicated above (e.g., ordered wrong part, no longer needed) are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item, typically within 5-10 business days.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items or costs are not eligible for refund:
Items returned after the warranty period has expired
Items showing signs of use, installation, or modification
Return shipping costs
Operating costs for any parts sold by Land of Lincoln Parts LLC
Professional Consultation
Before ordering parts, we recommend consulting with a mechanical specialist to ensure you order the correct part for your vehicle. While we make every effort to ensure we send the correct parts, ordering the wrong part may result in restocking fees if returned.
Warranty Information
Our parts come with a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period is 30 days from the initial delivery date unless otherwise specified. Items returned after the expiration of the warranty period are non-refundable and will be returned to the sender.
