Order Processing

When you place an order with Land of Lincoln Parts LLC, we strive to provide you with quality auto parts as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:

Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your registration identifier. This confirms that:

  • We have received your order in our system

  • We have pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase

  • Your order is being processed

Order Verification

Upon receiving your order, we will:

  • Contact our suppliers to confirm part availability

  • Verify the part is correct for your vehicle specifications

  • Prepare your order for shipment

Processing Timeline

  • In-Stock Items: If your order is in stock, we will process and ship within five (5) business days from the date of order

  • Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 business days total

  • Tracking Information: We will send you tracking information within 24–48 hours from the date of shipping to your registered email address or phone number

Please Note: Land of Lincoln Parts LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or supplier yard availability.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your orders. The specific carrier will be selected based on your location, package size, and delivery timeframe.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 United States and U.S. territories. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Continental US: Typically 3-7 business days after shipping

  • Alaska/Hawaii: Typically 5-10 business days after shipping

  • U.S. Territories: Typically 7-14 business days after shipping

International Shipping

We currently only ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Weight and dimensions of the package

  • Destination address

  • Selected shipping method

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email

  • You can monitor your shipment's progress using this tracking number

  • For questions about your shipment, contact us with your order number

Delivery Information

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

Receiving Your Order

When receiving your order:

  1. Inspect the Package: Check the packaging for any visible damage before accepting

  2. Note Damages: If you notice damage, note it on the delivery receipt when signing

  3. Verification: Open and verify contents as soon as possible after delivery

Damaged Deliveries

If your package appears damaged upon delivery:

  1. Document the Damage: Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing

  2. Inspect Promptly: Open and inspect the contents immediately

  3. Report Damage: If damage is found, email photos to info@landoflincolnparts.com within 48 hours

  4. Keep Packaging: Retain all packaging materials until your claim is resolved

Order Status & Inquiries

If you have not received tracking information within six (6) business days from the date of order, please contact us at:

Order Cancellation

Cancellation and refund of orders will be processed only if:

  • The part has not yet been shipped, or

  • The part is not delivered even after 30 days from the date of placing the order
